“There has been a paradigm shift in strategies due to the behavioural shift in consumers and pivots in business models that companies have been compelled to adopt. In 2021, we will see a lot more cohesive partnerships on Co-branded and white-labelled solutions powered by curated content, consumer bundling offerings, and cross channel promotions and activations, between the Telcos and the service providers, that augurs well for the DCB ecosystem”
