
Telecom2 pulled out all the stops to a community led service during lockdown to provide those shielding in The Chesterfords with easily accessible support during the Covid-19 pandemic.
The community group decided that a phone-line would be the as the most functional communication tool and enlisted Telecom2 to aid with the setup of a helpline.
Within 4 days the bespoke service was set-up, tested and running. The service is still in operation and sees peaks and lulls in line with Covid-19 alert levels.
